WHO IS THIS RIDE FOR?

SOCIAL RIDERS— Enjoy a peaceful ride around the lake on our 20 Mile Route, complete with a trip across the lake on the nostalgic Bemus Point – Stow Ferry. There will be plenty of sights to enjoy and refreshments along the way.

FITNESS ENTHUSIASTS— Challenge yourself or compete with friends on our 40.7 Mile Route around the Lake or enjoy the all new 58 Mile Challenge Route, which will carry riders north through historic Westfield and onto Lake Erie’s Barcelona Lighthouse before returning to Chautauqua Lake. All routes feature full SAG support and refreshment stops along the way.

 

 

Participants of the 2017 Chautauqua Gran Fondo are welcome to enjoy one of four course options:

 

The 20 MILE – SOCIAL

Take a peaceful ride along our 20 Mile Route, complete with a trip across the lake on the nostalgic Bemus Point – Stow Ferry. A great option for the social riders or families who would like to experience the sights and enjoy refreshments along the way.

 

20 Mile Riders: Please follow all Purple and Red signs along the route!!

The 40 MILE – FITNESS

Challenge yourself or compete with friends on our 40.7 Mile Route around the Lake.

The 37.3 MILE – CHALLENGE

Climb the Chautauqua Ridge with an elevation change in excess of 1,500 feet with grades then relax on the Bemus Point-Stow Ferry.

 

38 Mile Riders: Please follow all Blue and Red signs along the route!!

The 58 MILE – CHALLENGE

Enjoy the thrill of climbing the Chautauqua Ridge on our ALL NEW Challenge Route. This route will carry riders through historic Westfield and up to Lake Erie’s Barcelona Lighthouse before returning to Chautauqua Lake.

58 Mile Riders: Please follow all Orange and Red signs along the route!!
